Getting started
What is Service Bros?
Service Bros is a WhatsApp-native platform that lets guests order and make requests at any venue, offices, malls, theatres, hospitals and more. They scan a QR once, order in plain language, and that conversation becomes a permanent channel between them and your outlet.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Everything happens inside WhatsApp, which they already use every day, nothing to install, sign up for, or update.
What kinds of venues can use it?
Any place people order or wait, corporate offices, malls and food courts, movie theatres, hospitals, campuses, stadiums, airports and hotels. The same scan-to-serve flow adapts to how each venue works.
How quickly can an outlet go live?
Usually within a few days. Set up your WhatsApp number, load your menu and item codes, print your QR, and you're taking orders.
Pricing
How much does Service Bros cost?
A flat ₹5 per order, whatever the bill size, with no percentage commission. Higher-volume outlets and multi-site operators can move to a custom plan shaped around their needs.
Is there a commission on each sale?
No. Where aggregators take 18 to 35% of every order, you pay a flat ₹5. On a ₹500 order that's about 1%, and it never grows with your ticket size.
Are there any other charges?
Standard payment-gateway fees and WhatsApp's own messaging costs apply, as they would for any business on WhatsApp. We keep these transparent and factor them into custom plans.
Discovery & customers
How do new customers discover my outlet?
When a guest arrives at a mall, office or campus they often don't know what's there. A single scan lets them browse every outlet on site and order from any of them, so you get discovered, not just re-ordered from.
Do returning customers have to scan again?
Never. Once a guest has ordered, your outlet lives on their WhatsApp permanently. Their next order is just a message, no QR, no app, no re-onboarding.
Who owns the customer relationship and data?
You do. Customer numbers, order history and preferences belong to your outlet, not to an aggregator sitting in the middle.
Data & security
Is it compliant with India's data-protection law (DPDP)?
It's built around the DPDP Act 2023. Consent is captured and logged when a guest first opts in, they can opt out anytime, and data is held under a defined retention policy.
How are payments handled?
Through a secure, licensed payment gateway that settles directly to each outlet's own merchant account. Service Bros stores payment status and references only, never card details.
Can a customer stop receiving messages?
Yes. A guest can reply "STOP" at any time and all further messages from that outlet are halted immediately.
